Terms of Service
The terms and conditions for using AI Dot Line.
Last updated: 2026-10-06
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using AI Dot Line, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, AI Content & Ownership Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AI Dot Line provides browser-based dot-and-line creative tools, AI-assisted image generation, a public gallery, and related account, credit, and payment features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary to operate or improve the service. We will give notice of material changes where practical.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You must meet the minimum age required where you live and may not create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.
Credits and expiration
Some features use credits. Credit grants and their expiration period are shown at purchase or grant time; the current catalog includes credit packs that expire after 90 or 365 days, and promotional or signup credits may have a different configured period. Expired credits cannot be used or exchanged for cash. We consume credits in the order shown in the account ledger and restore them when a qualifying generation fails, subject to the service's task and refund rules.
Payments and refunds
Paid credit packs are charged in advance through Stripe checkout or another payment method that we make available. Prices, currency, included credits, and expiration are shown before confirmation. Stripe and its payment partners process payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
User content and the public gallery
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and generated work, subject to applicable law and third-party model terms. You are responsible for having permission to submit uploads and prompts. If you publish work to the public gallery, you grant us a license to host, display, resize, and promote that work as part of the service. Do not publish content that you are not allowed to share.
Third-party providers and links
To provide requested features, we may send prompts, inputs, or technical metadata to configured third-party providers such as Replicate, Azure, or OpenRouter. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services, sites, models, or output that they provide.
Logs, analytics, and cookies
We keep operational logs needed for security, troubleshooting, billing, and abuse prevention. Optional analytics tools load only after you accept analytics cookies. Essential cookies support sessions, security, preferences, and your consent choice. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may rate-limit, remove content, suspend features, or close accounts when needed to protect users, providers, or the service, including for fraud, abuse, unlawful content, or repeated violations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and AI output are provided as available. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, so review it before relying on or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. You may stop using the service and request account closure through the available account or support channels. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including payment obligations, content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
