Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers credit packs and other paid features purchased through AI Dot Line. It is a product template pending legal review and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Before you buy

The pricing page shows the product, price, currency, included credits, and credit expiration before you confirm checkout. Credits are digital access rights rather than cash, are linked to the purchasing account, and may expire after the period shown at purchase. The current catalog uses 90-day or 365-day expiration periods; promotional and signup grants may use another period.

When we issue a refund

Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged after a failed checkout, or believe a transaction was unauthorized. We will investigate and, where appropriate, ask Stripe or the applicable payment processor to reverse the charge. We may also approve a refund or credit when a material service error prevents delivery of a purchased pack.

Credit use and partial refunds

Please contact us before using the credits when possible. Credits already consumed for a completed generation are generally not refundable. If a generation fails after credits were reserved, the service normally restores those credits through its task settlement flow. Any approved partial refund is reduced by the value of credits or features already used, where permitted by law.

How to request help

Send the account email, order or Stripe transaction identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation to the contact email configured by the service owner. Never send a password or full payment-card number. We may request information needed to verify the purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the relevant processor. Processing time depends on the processor and your bank. We may suspend credits or access associated with a reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transaction.

Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version and changing the date above. The version in effect when you paid applies to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
