Overview

AI Dot Line uses the information described below to provide browser tools, AI generation, accounts, credits, payments, and the public gallery. This template is intended to describe the current product and should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which the service operates.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication details, locale, and support messages.
• Creative inputs and outputs: prompts, uploaded source images, tool settings, generated-image history, and files you choose to publish to the public gallery.
• Billing and credit records: product selected, payment status, transaction identifiers, credit grants, consumption, expiration, and refunds. Stripe receives payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and operational data: IP address, browser and device details, request metadata, error reports, security events, and logs needed to operate and protect the service.
• Cookies and similar storage: essential cookies for sessions, security, preferences, and consent. Optional analytics cookies are used only after you opt in.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested tools and AI generation, send inputs to configured providers, process payments and credit ledgers, maintain the public gallery, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve the service when analytics consent is provided. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for planning and reliability.

AI and third-party providers

Depending on the feature and configuration, prompts, uploaded inputs, and technical metadata may be sent to Replicate, Azure, or OpenRouter. Stripe handles payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We send only what is needed for the requested operation and do not intentionally send account passwords or full payment-card numbers to AI providers.

Public gallery

Content you publish to the public gallery is visible to other visitors and may be cached, indexed, or copied by them. Keep private any content or personal information that you do not want to disclose. We may retain a published item and its metadata while it is needed for the gallery or for abuse and legal records.

Cookies, logs, and analytics

Essential cookies are required for sign-in, security, preferences, and remembering your cookie choice. Analytics scripts are not rendered or loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” You can choose “Use essential only” to decline optional analytics. Operational logs may be retained for security, billing reconciliation, abuse prevention, and debugging for as long as reasonably necessary.

Sharing and legal disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We share information with providers and contractors who process it for the purposes above, with payment and infrastructure vendors, when you make content public, or when needed to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud and abuse. We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale subject to applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain credit and payment records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You can update account information in settings, remove content where the product allows, change cookie choice by clearing the consent cookie and choosing again, or contact us. We may need to verify a request and may retain information required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version and changing the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
